High-Powered Bolt Gun
Binds when used
Requires Engineering (450)
Item Level 85
Use: Fires several charged bolts at an enemy for 6800 to 10200 damage and briefly interrupts casting. Consumes a Handful of Obsidium Bolts each time it's fired. (2 Min Cooldown)

no trinket or whatsoever, so extra damage.

That's a craftable interrupt...
which is rather tasty, even if it is on a 2m cooldown.

They are already counting with healers who would get Mp5 from the cauldron but will want to use SP flasks Razz

You rather not, mana is said to be a critical and hardly refreshable resource for healers Smile

Were there any more changes to mana and talents planned then?

Tanking and Healing in Cataclysm - from Ghostcrawler himself

Quote:
You missed the part where I said health pools will be higher. Imagine a boss that takes say 3-4 hits to kill a tank, but it also takes a healer 3-4 heals to top her back off. Now efficiency of a healing spell can be as much of a consideration as direct throughput, since the tank is unlikely to die in your next GCD. Now coordination among healers can be a bigger deal since efficiency will matter. Now maximum health on the tank classes will matter less because the question of how long you can survive without a heal landing is largely academic. Now avoidance on a tank can matter a little more because saving healer mana becomes as important as being table to take the next hit.

As an aside, healers will actually need enough healing tools and enough distinction among them so that they are really choosing the big, expensive heal vs. the small, cheap heal vs. the fast, expensive heal, to name just a few examples.

GC on Healing

For the most part, I heard many healers in cata whine about mana regen & perservation, even druids, saying that lifebloom was innevitable in order to keep up with healing.

Perhaps, but at least from shaman pov it looks nothing like that now.

Also it would ruin the only logical explanation I have, so can't agree Razz

Ran a bit of topic here? xD
Flasks and man issues at 85 have nothing to do with Engineering Razz
As far as Engineering goes as long as they renew/don't remove Rocket Boots then I'm Happy with the profession.
